AGM on "Zoom" - 15th July 2020 at 7.30pm

Dear IGA Members, Following the success of our online Zoom lecture, and keeping in mind that we do not know yet when we will be able to resume face to face meetings, the Committee has decided as per close 9 of the Constitution: - to hold our AGM virtually through Zoom on July 15th 2020 at 7.30pm. - to allow for email voting to irishgeologicalassociation@gmail.com in advance of AGM, should you wish to do so. All AGM documents were prepared last April and have been made available since then to all members. The agenda for the AGM is:

• Presidential address
• Treasurer’s report
• Field trips/events report
• Lectures report
• Library initiative
• IGRM 2020 report
• Proposed 2020 committee and nominations
• AOB

You do not need a camera or a microphone to attend a Zoom meeting and comments can be made during the meeting from your laptop using the "chat box".  As for our previous Zoom lecture, please reply to irishgeologicalassociation@gmail.com  to register for the AGM and an email with a link to attend the meeting will be sent to you on the 15th July.
